Our waterproof 3-Temp Thermolabel temperature labels for dishwasher sanitation feature temperature sensitive elements that produces a non-reversible white to black color change at the rated temperature. This provides a clear indication that the temperature has been reached. Thermolabel test strips for commercial dishwashers can be used in meeting the requirements of United States FDA Food Code, Section 4-501.112. Self-adhering indicators are available in packages of 16 labels each. Store in a cool, dry place.
