Domestic and International Shipping
We ship across the globe. Shipping is determined based on the specifics of your order. Our standard shipping method is FedEx 2Day. Other options include Priority Overnight and for quantities of 4 or less, USPS Ground Advantage. Ship dates are not guaranteed due to changes in order volume. Orders with upgraded shipping are given priority. Our shipping cutoff time is 3:00 PM EST. All international orders are shipped FedEx International Priority. See the FedEx website for more information about delivery times specific to your area.
Special Requirements
Low temperature indicators, those containing 115°F (46°C) or below, must be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight and in a special insulated package with an ice pack. This is a safeguard to ensure that high temperatures do not activate the temperature labels. If you require a certificate of accuracy, please let us know and we will include it with your shipment.
Return Policy
We accept returns within a seven day period from the date of receipt. Shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt and any issues communicated to Paper Thermometer™ within this period. Low temperature labels, those containing 115°F (46°C) or below, must be inspected upon delivery and any issues reported same day.
